Together, the Website and the App are referred to as the "Platform". Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By installing, downloading, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and other Sahleezy policies (including but not limited to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, etc.) as posted on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform and should uninstall the App.
All commercial and contractual terms are agreed upon solely between Buyers and Merchants. These terms include, but are not limited to, price, taxes, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, delivery dates and modes, warranties, and after-sales services. Sahleezy does not control, determine, or advise on these terms and is not involved in the offering or acceptance of such terms between Buyers and Merchants. Sahleezy may offer support services to Merchants, such as order fulfillment and payment collection, under separate contracts with the Merchants. Sahleezy is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of contracts between Buyers and Merchants on the Platform and cannot guarantee the performance of transactions. Sahleezy is also not responsible for unsatisfactory services or damages resulting from products that are out of stock or unavailable.
Sahleezy operates as a facilitator on the e-commerce Platform and does not take possession of any products or services offered by Merchants. Sahleezy does not hold any rights, titles, or interests over the products and has no obligations or liabilities regarding contracts between Buyers and Merchants. Menu and price details are based on information provided by Merchants and may change. Menu and food images on the Platform are for representation only and may not match the actual items.
To use our services, you must create an account on the Site, providing personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, and email address. We may also collect demographic information and allow you to add additional details to your profile. You should consider carefully how much information to share and protect your sensitive information. You can review and update your profile at any time.
Delivery periods provided at the time of order confirmation are estimates and may vary. Sahleezy is not responsible for delays due to seller/merchant processing or other unavoidable circumstances. Orders will only be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the delivery address changes and may charge an additional delivery fee.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and authorizations. Failure to accept delivery or provide appropriate instructions may result in the goods being considered delivered and all risks passing to you. No refunds will be provided for such situations.
You may need to provide credit or debit card details to approved payment gateways. Ensure that the card used is lawfully owned by you. We do not store your credit card information and are not liable for unauthorized use of your card. Services are provided during the working hours of the relevant Merchants.

Sahleezy reserves the right to modify these Terms and policies at any time by posting changes on the Platform. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Sahleezy may add or remove payment methods at its discretion. Payments are processed by third-party service providers. Your payment information may be stored with these providers for future orders. Sahleezy does not store your payment information and is responsible for handling payments, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and disputes as per these Terms.
Sahleezy may cancel any order due to product unavailability, delivery area issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
